Travel

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your own travel to the city and state of the destination. The Vibe Vault does not include the cost of flights, buses, or gas.

Lodging 

Lodging is available for all participants in the vault. Lodging prices include 3 nights and 4 days in provided Airbnb. 

Transportation

Transportation will only be provided to participants to and from Connect Studios to the assigned Airbnb. The Vibe Vault will not provide transportation for recreational use and participants are Soley responsible for all recreational travel during 3-day event. Transportation to/from airport/stations are not available at this time. Participants will be responsible for travel to/from flights and stations.

Food and Drinks

All Vibe Vault participants are responsible for their food and drinks during the duration of the event. Breakfast will be provided for the participants in the Airbnb. There will be water and snacks available at no cost. Alcohol is allowed for responsible users but will not be provided to participants. If purchasing alcohol, please consume responsibly.

Smoking

Participants are allowed to smoke outside of all premises (the Airbnb and Connect Studios). No smoking is allowed indoors under any circumstances.

Weapons & Harassment

No weapons or harassment will be tolerated during this event. Please respect all participants and remain weapon free to ensure everyone's safety and comfortability.
